Found: YA dark fantasy/supernatural from 2000s with orphans?

I am looking for a book I read in high school around 2010. I remember it was a group of teenagers that lived together and went to school together, they may have been orphans. They each had a power or something special about them but there was also a drawback. There was a girl that was unbelievably beautiful but she was constantly bathing because she smelled like rot and decay. Another girl was able to stop time, but when she did this time stopped for everyone else but her and she continued to age. It is revealed towards the end that she spent years living in stopped time and was now an old lady. In order to appear as young as everyone else she was stealing the life from the beautiful girl. The beautiful girl was actually rotting because of it.
