Molly Myers is just your average groupie next door. Literally. The rock star whose posters cover her bedroom wall is banging her roommate right on the other side of it. Even for Molly, reigning queen of embarrassing moments, the situation is epically awkward. Every thump of the headboard is just one more reminder that the lead singers of famous bands don't date bumbling shy girls too anxious to leave their own rooms. JP Bouchard-Guindon wasn't looking for Molly's room when he accidentally burst through the door, but the wild-haired girl lying there in her underwear was certainly worth the detour. As the keyboardist for Montreal's latest indie rock sensation, JP has met his fair share of fangirls. He's always ready to throw up some finger guns for a photo. What he's not ready for is the way skittish, wide-eyed Molly Myers gets stuck inside his head. A practical joker and a social recluse are the last people anyone expects a connection between. She's silence aching for a voice, and he's sound with a craving for quiet. Their differences will either pull them together, or fracture their worlds when they push them apart. Your Sound is part of the Sherbrooke Station Quartet, a series of steamy rock star standalones from author Katia Rose.… (mais)

Ahhh, I LOVE LOVE this series.

Full Review on my blog!

Oh my god! This was everything I could have hoped for. It was so raw and beautiful. I literally read it in a day. JP's story was everything I could have hoped for. The Sherbrooke Station series just keeps getting better and better.

There was something about JP that just drew me in, perhaps it was the Québécois, or his cheeky attitude, but I knew his story was going to be something special. JP struggles with a secret that he doesn't want to let others know about. He is constantly on the go and never focuses on one girl for long, until he meets Molly.

I loved Molly and could relate to her. She gets embarrassed easily and tends to not socialize with anyone. She barely speaks and hides in her room. But one day when a member of her favorite band walks in on her in her panties, she finds herself speaking. Getting to see the "real" Molly before we saw the shy and awkward Molly was so nice to see! I loved seeing both sides of her. It was adorable to see her shy and nervous side around the band. But, I think my favorite part was to see how JP wanted to help bring her out of her shell.

I absolutely loved JP and Molly! Their relationship was awkward and sweet and sexy, they were perfect for each other. I love them both as individuals, but as a couple they are on a whole new level.

Your Sound was unique, entertaining and has great characters. Your Sound is my favourite of the series so far. I cannot wait to read Cole's story! I highly recommend it.

Molly Meyers is the stereotypical fan girl. She had all the posters, songs, even the unreleased demos of Sherbrooke Station. But she has one small hiccup in her fan girl glory--the man she lusted after from afar--Ace now dates her roommate. It's kind of hard to keep the man's posters up when he's in the next room satisfying your roommate. Awkward. The posters came down. It took quite some time to get used to this God-like creature to be in her home. She still couldn't talk to him--it's Ace! She can't turn off years of crushing love at the drop of a hat or even months later. But slowly she's getting use to. Getting used to it means she stays holed up in her room whenever he or any of his bandmates stop by. She doesn't want to seem like a total creeper or complete freak even if she thinks she is a freak. She thinks that because she is beyond shy. Hates social situations too. But that doesn't stop her from taking up an unexpected offer of a lifetime, doing her dream job in graphic design. No matter what her mother tells her, she has to do it! She's also coming out of her shell a bit more each day she works there.

JP Bouchard-Guindon is the keyboardist for Sherbrooke Station and the last singleton of the band. A happy mistake for JP when he accidentally ran into Molly's room looking for the bathroom. He struck up a friendly conversation with the bashful girl in her panties. JP, the practical jokester and jack of all trades who has issues staying still. For some reason he can't get the beautiful artist out of his mind. ( )
