This book provides several new types of non-changeling fae collectively called "Adhene". Adhene generally derive from older (and now more alien) dreams and might make interesting allies or opponents for Changelings.
This book also details a large slice of fae history, including the godlike beings who gave rise to the fae, and the ancient conflicts between them. In addition Denizens suggests that the darker group of these powerful entities, the Fomorians, are beginning to awaken from a long self-imposed slumber, thereby providing an interesting bit of millenial tension to the setting.
