Okay I'm finished now. Here is my thoughts and feelings. And believe me if they're going to be spoilers.

First I'd like to say the entire series to date, is awesome.

The author managed to grab my interest in the first book, and make me blush.

And the second book she managed to grab my heart, and make me feel things for the people around the main characters, and she made me angry as hell.

In the third book she managed to rip open my heart and throw it on the ground and Let it bleed all over the place. And believe me it sounds horrible, but it's a good thing.

Not many authors can you do that. It's a talent. Now being that Eden is a new to me author, this was my first experience, and I enjoyed it. But because she is new to me I have to wonder if this was a fluke? No that's not a bad thing. Because I can see myself coming back and reading these books again. Actually stay tuned at the end of this review for another point of view and it will explain more of why I would come back and read it.

The problem with group sex, consensual of course, is that sooner or later someone is going to end up pregnant. An fyi, if you really need me to point this out or something wrong with you, but it's not going to be one of the guys.

The fact that Caroline entered into this orgy fest willingly, knowing full well what they were all getting into, royally pissed me off when she got angry at Shelby for getting pregnant. First off there were two people there. Second, it is not uncommon for somebody with a head injury two laps on their birth control. The way Caroline treated shelby, made me want to grab a baseball bat and slam it upside her head. Yes folks I have a hidden girl hiding deep in my soul. But really is it a mean girl? No I'm just the vengeance.

If you are going to pint out that jonny and Shelby Met up outside of their little orgy, I'm going to tell you right now, when you're involved in a group setting like that, we're friends are hooking up with each other, then you can't get upset if they hook up inside of your little party. It's going to happen. Get over it.

I honestly think that that whole relationship should have had better rules. Because like I mentioned, someone's going to end up pregnant in that group. So it wasn't fair. The treatment. That really pissed me off through the entire book.

Through the entire series, did anyone notice how much Shelby gave of herself to everyone around her? People with basically treating her like she was selfish but she wasn't. She gave up everything for everyone else. She put her happiness on the line. She turned her back on her happiness. She gave up things. She drove wedges so that way she wouldn't hurt other people. I mean hell the girl gave a God damn virginity away so that her new little girlfriend wouldn't lose her car. Just because her step brother asked her to.

Shelby deserves so much. And I really hope that if Eden, hopefully, writes the next book, that Shelby will have a better time of things. She deserves it. She needs other people to bend over and break their backs for her. Also I hope that things work out for her in kane. I do not want to read the next book and find out she ended up with Colby. I think I will gouge my eyes out. But, this series was great. Just gave me tons to read the last few days because I haven't been feeling well. Ms sucks.

Now to explain my comment about that I might come back and read it again, I've been reading on different websites, as well as on Facebook for updates for the Need for Speed fourth book. And honestly it appears to me, that the author has abandoned the book.

I don't know the exact publication date of the third book but the comments and everything that I had been reading were from like 2015-2016. It's currently 2021. The year is half over. That is a huge stretch in between books lol.

So I have to wonder has she abandoned cuda confessions? I really hope not because that would suck. I do hope that she's handling this pandemic well. And I hope that her family is safe and she is safe. But I join the other fans in saying that I'm disappointed that the new book hasn't come out and we're left with a lot of questions.

what happened. What happened with Kolby what happened with caine, what happened with Johnny and Caroline even though I want to smack your line in the head. What happened with marley. What happened at the party?

I fully understand why the other readers, reviewers, have said that they're disappointed in the ending. I am too. Not enough to drop a star because the whole series made me feel all the emotions that you hoped feel when reading an author that's new to you.

So I am going to cross my fingers and my toes and my eyes, and hope to high heaven that little Shelby gets her daddy, and we find out if Shelby lives happily ever after. Damn well better.

Do you want to know if you should read this book? Hell yeah. Get off your butts find it either online, or in a store, and read it. And then come and tell me what you think.

I lived this dysfunctional story until the last 20% or so which is a shame because it had so much going for it. There were parts of the story that didn't fir, for example, what was the point of Johnny, Caroline, and little Shelby? The very end, seemed rushed like the author was trying to for everything in at once.i wanted more insight into the future with the whole gang and what that looked like. I'm founding to a four just because of the series and the majority of the book I did luke of this redneck soap-opera. It was dysfunction but it sure was entertaining and it was definitely hotter than a Billy goat's behind in a pepper patch. ( )

What a ride!

I laughed, I cried, I shook with emotion, I quivered with excitement. Pedal to the Metal is epic!

I highlighted 49 passages. I could have easily highlighted more but I tried to exercise some self restraint.

The conclusion to The size of The ‘Cuda Confessions is intimidatingly huge. Think Colt below his belt massive. At the beginning I wondered if I could take it all in. Would it be worth it if I did? I thought I might be tempted to skip ahead.

I shouldn’t have worried. Yes it is gigantic. Taking it in was no problem. I expect to be processing the information for months to come.

Was it worth the hours of reading? Heck yeah!

Did I skip ahead? No. I wasn’t tempted. There was so much passion and I didn’t want to miss a single moment of it.

This series would make a great graduation or birthday gift. Eden’s writing promotes empowering females (and everyone else too), the strength of family, acceptance, etc...

The 3rd book in the Cuda Confessions. This is by far the best of the series in my opinion. It's got love, steam and second chances. I received the book from the author to read and review. The opinions in this review are my own. I recommend to all adult book lovers. ( )
