so 4 like the past couple of days (maybe even weeks) I've had this feeling where like the world is dull, nothing really brings me happiness anymore, and overall just stressed over nothing. I have absolutely no idea why I'm having this feeling and I've assumed it's just school but I kind of suppressed it and acted like I was overreacting and now it's just making me more and more stressed.
Also I did this stupid autism burnout test thing (because I feel like all of this is just my autism and I kind of wanted to know why tf this is happening to me) and it told me I might have it but I'm not so sure because I never do a self diagnosis like I always want to know if it's accurate so I never really trust these tests.
I feel like the reason I'm acting n feeling this way is because I have a lot of tests and homeworks and they're kinda hard so by the time it's all finished I'll be back to normal.. but at the same time I feel like it's MY fault for all of this and I'm just overreacting, and ofc my autism doesn't excuse me for shitty behaviour but I feel like that's the problem and if I found a way to get rid of it then everything will go back to sunshine and rainbows and all that gay shit
And I think another reason for this is because I've been subconsciously masking for so long that I kinda just forget to rest and I don't fucking know anymore. I'm tired of going through all this bullshit repeatedly and nothing helps, I mean yeah talking to friends and family I guess makes me feel better but not enough. Like there's something missing and idk what it is I just know it's missing. I just wish I could fucking end it all in one second but 1. y'all would be sad and 2. I'm gonna go to hell for it and 3. I'll miss y'all too much to the point I might even kill myself cus of it
