Jennifer Lawrence is a really good actress. She acted superbly in "Winter Bone." The only thing I can complain about for this movie is that Jennifer won't have an Appalachian accent when she plays Katniss. After all, that's where Katniss was from and it would add some character to the performance. Still, that's a minor whine, so all in all, I'm looking forward to the movie. :)

I just hope she is not as annoying as Kristen Stewart.

I hope so, too - we'll just have to have faith in her acting skills!

I think she looks to clean, too young and innocent as katniss. But we will see :)

I just don't want Katniss to be all manly and strong she does have to be a little feminine. That is hard to portray with Katniss especially when she has a bow and arrow in her hand

I wouldn't be worried about that. A bow and arrow is a common enough weapon among women. My grandma hunted with a bow and arrow (just like Katniss) and she was still very womanly.

I am a little disappointed, I have been learning all I can about the movie, but now, I'm worried I won't have anything to be surprised of!

Haha oh Flan. I bet there are a few things the producers were able to keep under wraps from the super-fans.

true, like they haven't revealed much in the arena

Or Rue's death. Or the ending. Or the tracker-jackers. Or even what a fricking mockingjay looks like. You see, there's still plenty to surprise you.

treue.. Besides, the battle scenes are the best. It annoys me though, I've gone to so many movies where they show all of the good parts in the previews, so there is nothing good to laugh or be surprised at when you finally spend $10 to see it!

They used the Katniss in the fire in the wood parts in the preview and I didn't think that looked to good.
Thoughts on the favorite parts of the trailer??

That's because the fire forest scene was only a teaser, and they were still filming the movie. For example, the teaser for "Dark Knight Rises" was very underwhelming, but then you get,"When Gotham is ashes, you have my permission to die." And then my head explodes.

The teaser always sucks (with the exception of "The Hobbit: Part I's") and the trailers are usually better. I'm going to be optimistic about "The Hunger Games" movie, but I will also be watching what the critics say.
