About Me

Anne Gray is a professional cognitive task analyst, meaning she knows how to observe and interview people and read documentation and extract knowledge about what decisions people need to make in order to do their jobs, and what information they need when in order to do that, how they use it, and how to make that easier, especially through interaction with computers and robots.

She also runs science fiction conventions, reviews books and short fiction, edits and proofreads, reads and reads and reads, sings, dances, and is raising her daughter, which is like singing and dancing with a kitten underfoot.
