Sobre Minha Biblioteca
I was inspired to write KILMOON after two trips to Ireland. I first went to Ireland to research my first novel (a.k.a. the drawer novel), specifically a wilderness area called the Burren in County Clare. I happened to land in a village called Lisdoonvarna, home to an annual matchmaking festival.

Matchmaking festival? I thought to myself. Wouldn't it be cool to feature such a festival as the backdrop for a crime novel?

During my second trip to Ireland I fell in love with an early Christian ruin called Kilmoon Church. It stood in the middle of nowhere surrounded by sheep fields. There was something about it that captured my imagination. I wondered what it would say if it could talk ...

From there, KILMOON was born.
About Me
A Californian with a penchant for travel, animal advocacy, and photography, I worked in international finance and book publishing before exchanging the corporate ladder (no more business suits!) for storytelling. I live in the Pacific Northwest with a one-eyed rescue spaniel and an accident-prone cat.

Ever distractible, you may find me staring out windows, dog walking, fooling around online, or drinking red wine with my friends. Ireland, books, animals, photography, and blogging round out my distractions.
