Owen Stanley

First off, the limited edition leather bound book by Castalia Library is beautiful. It has a nice clean design and is well made. Definitely worth the money. The story is a lot of fun; about the clash of cultures on an island near Papau New Guinea. Stanley sets up each world view of the protagonists really well. Each one is consistent within itself and each is a little exaggerated. The interplay between the groups is really fun and funny. The humor is subtle at times as well as outrageous.
