I sometimes find anthologies difficult to rate, since the quality of writing can vary tremendously from one author to the next. With this collection, I had no such problem. While there is a wide range in style, each story is well written and, as a whole, there is a perfect continuity in flow and pace.

The content overall is fairly dark, and varies from time travel to paranormal to psychological suspense. A common factor, aside from the thread of 'obsession', is that the writing has a kind of poetic beauty to the sentences. I especially love this dichotomy of dark themes written with beautiful words.… (mais)
