S. Muralidharan

A very well written Indian cookbook that encourages experimentation. Each recipe is written with suggestions for multiple variations, leading to an almost endless assortment of meals. Recipes range from basic Naan (flatbread) to more complex (and spicy!) Sambhar. I have made several recipes from this book and thanks to the suggestions have tweaked them to suit my tastebuds. I Highly recommend if you like Indian cooking!
