Tamara Villanueva is visiting her family in her hometown of Ica, Peru when a powerful earthquake happens. Her aunt dies violently but not from the earthquake, if Tamara can believe her snatches of memory, but from the hand of someone striking her and leaving her to die.

Tamara has come back to Chicago to heal from various wounds she received in the earthquake and its aftermath. But she knows that she must return to Ica to find her Aunt Laura’s killer.

Returning to Ica Tamara she becomes the target of the killer, but it won’t stop her …

A well-plotted mystery with a chance for romance. The characters are so well-drawn I could hear their voices in my head.… (mais)

The Crumbled Pyramid de Krystiana Stacy Kelly
Received in place of The Shattered Swan, which I intend to read as soon as I can. I love a good mystery, and this was one. I also enjoyed the archeology part of the story, I wasn't able to guess the murderer which is always a plus for me. Interesting and unpredictable, I was hooked from the first page. Can't wait to read more!
