Morgan Elizabeth

On Halloween, Richard Benson, Abbie Keller's boyfriend, dumped her right before the party at his law office. When her two best friends come to console her, they hatch a plan to do everything they can to seek revenge. Some things are just annoyances, like spreading keys around with his name and phone number on them or putting glitter in his car's heating system, but the center of their plan is getting Richard's boss, Damien Martinez, to take Abbie to the firm's Christmas party - the one that Richard would never take her to because she wasn't a serious enough girlfriend. Abbie and her friends then set out to make her revenge complete.

Tis the Season for Revenge has some humorous elements to it, especially for those who have been treated badly by a boyfriend, but the plan the women make comes across as petty. Also, by taking so much time and energy to execute their plan, Abbie continues to give too much power to Richard and the things he said and did to her. In addition, deceiving the love interest, Damien Martinez, who is obviously a much better person than Richard, Abbie sets herself up for more heartache. Overall, Tis the Season for Revenge is well written, but I didn't enjoy reading about Abbie and her plan.… (mais)

this was amazing. I love how hard she fought everyone. But Kate and Dean are adorable together. I loved the sexy bits. That epilogue! That was glorious the fact that both Dean and Cal knew and her outrage over that was brilliant. I can't wait to read more of your work!… (mais)
