Uncaged (The Singular Menace, 1) de John Sandford
This book went by in a flash. I was surprised to read a young adult story from John Sandford as it's not his genre, but he made it his. The characters last weeks after the book is put down. Read the next in the series, "Outrage".
Nerve-racking!
I think that the first book - Uncaged - was better, but it has been too long since I read it for me to recall. Overall, I found this book to be somewhat less engaging, not your standard Sandford page-turner. Still, a good one and now I will have to pick up a copy of the last and finish the series.
The story is well thought out. I like the diverse set of characters. And the actions and scenes are well played. I’m not exactly sure where this fell flat, but these books could make a really good movie or a good Netflix limited series.… (mais)
