Dr. Jan Raa was awarded Norway's most prestigious award by the King himself, the Commander of St. Olav, for his experiments with the Calanus, a small-shrimp-like crustacean, and the oil it secretes. Supposedly, ingesting one gram daily will do everything the title of this book suggests.

Disclaimer: I took lithicin tablets for months in the 70s thinking I would magically lose weight.

Rating: 1-5 stars, depending on its veracity. Perhaps I will experiment and come up with a more precise number.… (mais)
