Ra Un Nefer Amen

Life is not what it seems until you read this book.

It may be best to read this book first as it explains the initiation system or how spirituality was taught and why. Ra Un Nefer Amen does great work. This is perhaps the most indepth book on African based spirituality to date. Anthony Browder may have something to say about it, but I have not read his latest books. A must read for anyone wanting to understand all religions.

While the author has done a lot of research into Ancient Egyptian religion and practice, he proceeds to embellish it with his own assumptions based on his heritage and cultural background. There is a distinct bias against Westerners that runs through the book. Ironically, to Ancient Egypt, the West is the land of the dead. Wonder what that means to the author?
