As a woman who is predispositioned to get diabetes I found a lot of the information not only helpful but things that I have never even heard before.

I got this book from earlier reviews because i'm going to open a bookstore when i graduate from college. I sort of read it as in i read the back of the book and like the first few pages, but i'm a 20 year old male, so this isn't exactly my thing. But, from what I've read from teh other reviews, this book is apparently Pretty good. So yeah.

The author says in the preface that she did not write this book for people with gestational diabetes but we still found it quite helpful. The book was very well written and researched and we found the information helpful despite the fact that we were not the "target" audience. I would reccomend to anyone in our situation.
