A biography about the Williams sisters, Venus, and Serena. These sisters are absolutely phenomenal, and this book is a phenomenal tribute to them. Beautifully illustrated, and told, this story chronicles the rise of two sisters to the very top of the sport of women's tennis. An empowering, and validating read for our Black students, that sends the message about hard work and dedication paying off. An inspirational book for all, and especially for providing diversity, in literary content. ( )

A short story of a timeline of two sisters and how they build up their career as professional athletes. Changing the worlds view of how it preserves POC women athletes. This a great addition to how in a classroom. To be able to show students how anyone famous can come from nothing and become something.

A fact driven story based of V. Williams and S. Williams and the lifes they have lived up to now. They're story is insperational and has been told by both sisters. I am unsure how I could use this within my classroom, but I may keep it in my library either way.

Tells the biography of Venus and Serena Williams, two younger sisters who decide to learn tennis, due to their family condition they must learn on the local court, they train very hard every day to be the best tennis players. The Williams sisters are always a good example to follow for everyone and it is very good to learn from the teachings and effort they made so we are encouraged to practice whatever activity that makes us happy and put it into action. I enjoyed this book. I learned a few different facts about the Williams sisters that I hadn't known before. I also loved the illustrations, they were beautiful!
