Cute novella. The heroine and hero message and have audio calls for a long time before they meet, and the heroine is nervous about what the hero will think about her. Both main characters are good. I would've liked for this book to have more of a plot, but it's a nice, short read regardless. ( )

I've really loved reading about the denizens of the Lovesick Fool, and I'm going to miss reading about them. I'm hoping that Ruby Dixon will write about the boys on the Little Sister so that we can keep looking into the lives of the Lovesick Fool.

Sentorr feels like a 5th or maybe 7th wheel. The other 3 guys on the Fool have found their mates and are ridiculously in love. Sentorr is more than just a bit jealous. He wants what they have, but doesn't quite understand how the human women have become the obsession of his friends. So, he likes to sit on the bridge at night by himself. There's more than just one reason he does that though. The other reason is named Zoey. They talk every night for hours.

Zoey lives on the Little Sister with her 3 brothers. Well, they aren't biologically her brothers because she's human. They rescued her from slavers when she was young, and they raised her as her sister. She's their navigator and their buffer when they are being stupid. She's madly in love with Sentorr, even though they have never seen each other. She thinks she's ugly because she's not mesakkah like her brothers, and when Sentorr says something about the humans living on the ship that could be construed as bad, she knows that they will never meet.

I love the connection between Sentorr and Zoey. I mean, it starts with nothing but a voice, and that's who they fall in love with. And the protectiveness of her brothers is just sweet, even with noogies. I felt so sorry for Sentorr and Zoey because they are being pulled in different directions through love, and it can be so hard to try to navigate through that. ( )

Sex Talk In Space..................

This is the last in the Corsair series...and I have loved these big, blue guys...and the human women who have captured their hearts.

I was always curious about Sentorr because he was so quiet, and stiff and uncomfortable around the human women....but he is wonderful. And this is his love story.

He wants to be alone at 'night' on the bridge of the Fool to have 'space sex'(phone sex)...lol He has met a woman who intrigues him and he has fallen in love with her. He wants to meet her but she won't....

Zoey is a human...and she was saved from slavery by three huge Mesakkah brothers who have taken care of her for the past 10 years. She really doesn't have contact w/anyone else...and she has reason to believe that Sentorr does not like humans from his comments.

I have to be honest...some of the sex talk from Zoey made me very uncomfortable ...she at times seems very innocent...and then filth comes out of her mouth and...yeah...ick. But she is curious about sex and she believes she w/never meet Sentorr.

They do meet and it's wonderful ....and then it is kind of boring and unexciting and you just want to smack Zoey for being what she is ...juvenile.

They have their HEA....and we get teased with three new hot alien brothers. So it's a win... it's just a a kind of blah win. I think Sentorr deserved more.
