Julie Shelton has written another excellent erotic love story of two men embracing one woman and the life they choose to share together. This time the trio lives in 14th century Europe during the reign of Edward III. Kathryn - badly used, abused and fearing for her life - is found by Nicholas Herron, Duke of Berwick and Rolf Torgesson, his best friend and first knight - and - from that moment on her life is changed in more ways than one. At first I had trouble believing that Kathryn would so easily fall for two men and the life they offered her but as the book progressed and I thought about what her life had been like before meeting them and what it might have been like had she not met them, I believed this could be a true story and in some ways I envied her having both Nicholas and Rolf. The historical detail in this book is excellent, the writing superb and the story compelling. I would recommend this book to anyone that enjoys historical romances with the note that this is an erotic novel that contains MFM action. ( )
