It's talked about in the Newsflesh trilogy so it was good to actually "hear" the story of what happened. ( ) A perfect example of how knowing what happens from the beginning does not at all take away from the journey. I don't know how the author did it in only about 100 pages, but she wrote characters you couldn't help but care about and weaved meaningful themes into a story that steadily increased in intensity. I was totally engrossed and emotionally compromised by the end. So Mira Grant gives us another wee peek into the Rising here. I think she picked a perfect place to set this story. Comic-Con!!! I think most people who visit comic-con have their own zombie survival plan so it was interesting to see how these people react. Like with Countdown, I knew how this would end but that didn't stop me becoming teary-eyed in the end. Interesting concept (zombie in comic-con) but as soul destroying, like most Mira Grant stories. sem resenhas | adicionar uma resenha
