Although this book sounds cheesy at times, I find it better than the original 'Dont sweat ' book because it has more short stories and it is easier to understand and read. ( ) This book is effectively organized into chapters for a wide variety of life tips. Each tip is clearly defined and directly illustrated through the use of vignettes with relatable scenarios to help the reader understand and visualize how the strategy would transpire and when it should be carried out. The issues that teens face are covered in a range of extremity. Every topic is realistic and solutions and tips are practical, logical, and very thoughtful! I find the scenarios in this book to be very true to life and the strategies are helpful in a variety of ways. This book would be very helpful to any teen, regardless of gender, interests, or personality traits. The problems that this book will help address are significant in being successful and making good decisions. Self-control is always necessary, and this book provides strategies to gain it! This book is written for teens but might as well be for adults too. Each chapter is only 2-3 pages and the titles are catchy. All the tips are aimed to help teenagers cope with the ups and downs of adolescence while growing up gracefully…thinking before speaking or acting, managing anger, solving problems, dealing with people, making decisions, resisting pressure, developing self-confidence, and boosting self-esteem. What I particularly fancy is the real-life scenario that is given in every chapter. Anybody can relate to these examples. Forming good habits in daily life using these tips can make a big difference in adulthood. A practical guide! sem resenhas | adicionar uma resenha
