My first love is books on ancient history brought to life. I am fascinated by how people lived in simpler times. I am always moved by injustice and so read moving stories of peoples struggles. I enjoy good modern thrillers and fiction if they involve informing about the background settings.(Michael Crichton type books). lastly I am always looking for good books on wildlife.

I am an author and have written two books. The first, Legally kidnapped, has been published. The second, Feckless Judges, will be available early 2012.(see my website). I have always loved books and read two or three books a month.
I am single now and live in southern England in the heart of the South Downs national park. I am passionate about wildlife and love to hike in the wilder places.
