I love how the author/illustrator can tell an entire story with one word. This would be so fun to do at story time!!
With just a handful of words, the illustrations tell most of the story: at first, Bear feels SO BIG as he gets ready for his first day of school - but then it's the school bus that's SO BIG, and then the school building itself. Bear offers a hand to a teary squirrel, and the two go in together.

It takes a very talented author and illustrator team to create a book using just one word, but LaRochelle and Wohnoutka do just that. I loved it.
