This book was an interesting collection of essays on global homophobia. Filled with interesting case studies, this book examines homophobia as applied by states to reach political ends, and the role of American evangelical groups in exporting this hatred. Although I wouldn't recommend this book to someone looking for a casual read, it's an interesting academic analysis for those interested in political science, international relations, sociology or cultural anthropology.
