Naura Hayden

OK...The only negative I found about this book is its title. The title is cheesy. The title would give one the impression that it is a how to for every womanizer and cassanova out there. THIS IS DEFINETLY NOT THE CASE! The old adage of "Don't judge a book by its cover" is defined in this book.

Naura Hayden does an excellent job of describing intamacy (at least from her perspective). She comes across as honest and positive. She believes in a positive mental attitude. Taking care of oneself emotionally, physically, spiritually, etc. And she goes into details about what would make love making better. It is all positive stuff that is in in this book. She believes in monogomy. She believes in intamacy for what seem to be all the right reasons. She believes in living life to the fullest!

This is a highly recommended read. I hope to use some of the techniques to enhance my sex life. I know I will use most of the techniques to enhance my love life (Oh yes, there is a big difference). I would love a woman's perspective however. There are a number of issues about women in this book that I had no idea existed.… (mais)
