Enhancing Evolution: The Ethical Case for Making… de John Harris

It is good to know that there are professional ethicists like Harris who see nothing inherently wrong with such things as human cloning and genetic engineering and who refute stick-in-the-mudders like Leon Kass and Francis Fukuyama. But in retaliation for his insulting and puzzlingly inconsistent comment that to be avowedly transhumanist is to be quasi-religious (p 38), I will say that the book's argumentation style would indicate that the whole "discipline" of ethics is hopelessly woolly and subjective!… (mais)
