An amazing Calligraphy text book.
Bought second hand on Amazon - for - literally pence! Plus carriage, of course.
It started life in Australia, but the copy I have is stamped 'Toronto Public Library', and now it's in England; and still in perfectly good condition .
For such a small, cheap book it seems to have the contents of a book at least four times the size. It concentrates on alphabets rather than materials, equipment, etc., but that's certainly not a problem - more a benefit in this case. It even covers the geometrical detail of Albrecht Durer et al Classic Roman Alphabet.!
Certainly a book worth searching for, particularly at the price I paid for it!… (mais)
