Joseph Smith's Introduction of Temple Ordinances and… de Andrew F. Ehat
This is actually a pretty good read, even though it's in academic prose and is by a Mormon apologist. The most interesting section is where Ehat describes the lead-up to Prophet Joseph Smith Jun., his martydom. The section on the ordinances and Mormon succession question isn't all that interesting and the extended academic prose gets a little 'heavy' in places.
