I really like the layout of this book, as it is focused on superfoods, with each superfood having its own chapter. Each recipe also highlights the primary benefits of said recipe, as well as the nutrition facts per serving, taking out all the guesswork. All of the recipes only have a few ingredients, are simple to make, and taste delicious! I loved learning how to make nut milk and nut butters and educating myself on the benefits of superfoods.
The book is also aesthetically pleasing, with delicious photography that is not only beautiful, but inspiring! This is a great cookbook, and exactly what I was looking for to put some variety into my diet.… (mais)
