But, I really wasn't interested in the rest of the story. I think what I liked most were the descriptions of Rome, because the rest of the story fit too easily together. Toby arrives and everything magically seemed to fall into place perfectly. I struggled to keep my attention on the story. The flow in Anne Rice’s style of writing never ceases to impress. This relatively short book took only a couple of hours to read. If anything I would have like the story to have been a bit longer and somewhat less clear-cut. I have not read Angel Time (the first book of the series), however, Anne Rice has provided enough background information within the story to cope with this. Overall, I have enjoyed this book. The theological subject is thought provoking without being overbearing. sem resenhas | adicionar uma resenha
