read this series back in middle school so I don't really remember much of the plot if I'm going to be honest BUT i do remember enjoying them and loving the sibling relationship between Carter and Sadie. This will be a re-read eventually, as I never got around to reading the 3rd book. ( )

To someone who's relatively new to Egyptian mythology, the graphic novels are a brilliant way to begin and I loved the book one of kane chronicles.

I got to learn a lot about the Egyptian gods and their possible origin stories while I stared in awe at the beautiful illustrations bt Orpheus Collar.

Rick Riordan has a brilliant way of presenting his stories and the characters were lovely. I can't wait to get to book 2. ( )

Fast paced and fun. The Egyptian gods work differently than the Greek/Roman gods so it feels fresh. I'm excited to continue this series! ( )
