The title is very literal, and this is written for men, not women. It's also intended as a group bible study, though I just read through it alone.

The information is all biblical, and I liked that the pre-written answers to the discussion questions included positive, negative, and neutral responses, rather than just the "right" answers. It leaves room for people to have their own opinions or struggles.

There were also a lot of solid quotes sprinkled throughout about prayer. ( )
