While some points can seem repetitive, Richard does a great job of bringing to the top of mind what we often forget. Make plans, but don't dwell on them. Appreciate what you have but always strive for better. Most importantly be a kind, and good person to make the world a better place. ( ) Self-help books can be a bit trying an pedantic. They tend towards the patronizing, and it can be a bit maddening reading something like that when you're stressed and low. Richard Carlson reveals tips that will transform your outlook at the office, easing stress there and also leading to a happier life at home. After the first 2 these got boring.
