Goldilocks and the Three Bears is about a wandering girl who ends up getting caught by the owners of a cottage, who happen to be bears, while sleeping in the little bear's bed. She wandered into the house, tried all of their porridge, tried all of their chairs, and tried all of their beds and always finished off the things that belonged to the smallest bear because they were just right for her. Of course the bears were not happy when they found the intruder so she ran and never returned. This folklore is one kids love. The moral of this story is to respect other people's property and privacy. Also, your actions can hurt other people. That is a very important lesson for school-aged kids to learn. I believe the little girl learned her lesson and from hearing the story, kids will too! ( )

This story has been a nursery classic for longer than a century. The Great Big Bear, the Middle-Sized Bear, and the Tiny Little Bear go on a walk while their porridge cools and Goldilocks stumbles upon their house with the door wide open. Only to have the Great Big Bear, the Middle-Sized Bear, and the Tiny Little Bear come back home to discover Goldilocks in their home. This will most definitely be a book in my library in my future classroom. Every child should read this story. ( )

This is the classic tale of the home invader, Goldilocks, and the Three Bears. Although this is one of my childhood classics, this book is just ok for me. It wasn't until today that I realized that the story really doesn't have a point. Maybe it can teach children about using things that don't belong to you and how it can affect others? Either way, not a fan. ( )

Young Goldilocks is wandering through the forest when she spots a cottage. She enters the cottage and notices a smell of porridge. There is a bowl that says great big bowl, middle-sized bowl, and a tiny little bowl. Goldilocks eats some and then wants to take a nap. When she is taking a nap, they bears come back from their walk and notice somebody has been in their house. they spot the girl sleeping, she wakes up and runs all the way back to her house. She never goes back there again. ( )

This retelling of Goldilocks and the three bears is just like the original version. The little girl was hungry so she invaded the Three Little Bears home. She ate their porridge, she sat in their chairs, and even slept in their beds. When the bears arrived home they caught her sleeping in the baby bear's bed. They chased her through the forest until she made it home. ( )
