A wonderful book of love on top of love! There was a lot of sadness but so much love and sweetness. The sadness and setbacks really made the book seem more realistic then most books. I really recommend. ( )

Hands down, my favorite author. I have read 5 of her books and have loved every single one of them.

Seriously there are not enough words in the English language to describe how much I loved this book or how unbelievably incredible it was.

This book was just too good. Yes, it is a Christian fiction, but don't let that stop you from pursuing this treasure. Miss Alexander has an impeccable way of tying together an inspirational romance, without seeming like you've been preached at the entire book. The romance in this book is uplifting and heart breaking at the same time.

This book shows the value of marriage and teaches true healing through forgiveness and letting go of your past.

The characters in this book are exceptionally written and easy relatable. Everything about this book screams emotional, I laughed, I cried and at times I wanted to shout for joy.

Do yourself a solid favor and read this book. I don't want to give away too many spoilers, but this is one you will definitely not be sorry for reading. I rate it as one of my personal favorites. Anything written by this author is simply incredible and if your a fan if historical fiction then this is a must read for you! ( )
