While hunting, a man spots a dancing deer in the woods. He takes the deer home and wants her to dance so the hunter can sell her to the circus. The only problem is the deer needs the birds to sing and the birds need the whistling of the pine trees and the pine trees need the sea breeze and so on and so on. Eventually the hunter is tired of going back and forth to the woods to get things from nature and realizes that he has to put everything back in it's own home. This is a great story to demonstrate how mother nature works in sync with all of it's elements. ( )

This would be a neat book to read to my class around hunting season. It teaches them that things are the way they are for a reason and they should be left that way. It is a cute book to show how Mother Nature works in mysterious ways. ( )
