( ) I love The Biggest Loser. It's one of those shows I watch religiously, so I decided to try one of the trainer's first book. Michaels does a good job of addressing the different issues of weight loss (your mentality, your nutrition, and your exercise regime). I really did like the section about making sure your mentally prepared for what's ahead and that you know your worth it. There was a nice description of a lot of exercises in the back of the book which detailed how to do each one and what muscle groups are worked. But that's about it. The rest of the book is the same stuff you find in every exercise book. I wouldn't say this book is worth buying. It's not a bad read.
