There are fewer stories in this book; instead he has collected many questions about his theories that he's gotten at conventions. The questions are rather bland -- perhaps to hide identifying characteristics (or even to hide complicity in handling a poor situation) -- and the answers aren't that much better due to a lack of specifics.
There are some good nuggets in here, so it's a worthwhile read, but it's lacking in some practical applications. ( )
