The book is presented in chapters, but has background pictures and images to correspond with the text. This book is also great because it contains great vocabulary and real sentences and lots of dialogue. For example there are many new words presented on each page, like fossil and pickaxe, and chisel. These words allow the student to truly understand the new information presented, and to also pick up new vocabulary. Children will enjoy this book because it is about dinosaurs and because there are real images of dinosaurs and people digging for fossils. sem resenhas | adicionar uma resenha

Summary: This book is about an archeologist named Josh Smith and his crew. The story begins with talking about what archeologist do and the history behind it. It talks about the obstacles that they went through while doing their job like sandstorms. The book talks about the thrill that Josh goes through when he discovers something amazing.
Argument: I really enjoyed reading this informational text. I have never heard about Josh Smith the archeologist before reading this book, and I don't think many children have either. I like how the story talks about Josh's early life and how he became an archeologist. The story also explains in depth what an archeologist does. ( )
