Dr. Rosie Milligan, registered nurse, counselor/health consultant, author, and Ph.D. in Business Administration, has been an achiever most of her life. She has always been involved in a career or business in which she was helping other people accomplish what they wanted in life. Her motto, "Erase 'No'-Step Over 'Can't' and Move Forward With Life," has been a motivating influence to hundreds to whom she has been mentor and role model. The mother of three entrepreneurs-an M.D., a cosmetologist, a health food store owner - Dr. Milligan lectures nationally on economic empowerment, managing diversity in the workplace, and male-female relationships. Her books, Satisfying The Black Man/Woman Sexually Made Simple', and 'Nigger, Please,' raised eyebrows across the country. As an economic empowerment activist, the Mississippi native owns a publishing company, a book store, Cinell hair care products, and Professional Business Consulting Services. A successful motivational speaker and trainer, she has appeared on numerous television and radio shows, such as; Sally Jesse Raphael, in New York; People Are Talking, in San Francisco; Maury Povich, in New York; A.M.
