This story itself is not the best of the text set stories we used, but it does provide a good lesson on how music can bring us together.

A young girl's family is very musical, they each play a different instrument and she explores different instruments along the way. She is able to play along with the members of her musical family. Ultimately, music is able to bring her family together. ( )

This book is a good educational story that teaches students about different kinds of music and instruments along the way. Primary readers should be able to engage easily with the main character as she plays music with each of her family members in different settings. The book also includes further information about each kind of music at the end of the book.
Students who are passionate about music will enjoy learning about different instruments and music styles through this story and it will also connect with students who enjoy doing certain activities with their families! ( )
