Sara King had lost her husband. Her son. Her faith. She wanted just to disappear. So she made her way to an island off the coast of Massachusetts, changed her name to Lyyndenna Patrick, moved into an old lighthouse keeper's cottage, and began to write. The faith she had left behind forbade her to be an author. But she had written secretly anyway.
