Was an amazing book. I hadn't read the first one, but I was able to pick up the storyline very quickly and immerse myself in the book. Would defenitely reccommend if you are looking for a quick and easy read before going to bed at night and want some magic.sem resenhas | adicionar uma resenha

The author includes an appendix which offers a timeline of Fae Ages, the different times and seasons in the world of Fae and, finally, her hand-drawn illustrations of each member of The Thirteen and their lineage. Although I found these additions quite interesting, I didn’t find that they added anything of real significance to the story – but I did enjoy the insights they offered into her richly imagined world.
It was clear from the start that this story is a follow-on from a previous one and although that didn’t prevent me from enjoying it, in the early stages of my reading I found myself trying to work out what had gone before so I’m sure it would be more satisfying to read the books in sequence. ( )
