A collection of talks Buddhism by a Thai forest monk, lent to me by a friend from the local Buddhist centre. I found this easy to understand, with clear explanations. The emphasis is on mainly on meditation, emptying your mind, and the importance of practice over theory (i.e. keep on with your meditation rather than spending a lot of time reading books about Buddhism). It had a good piece about the 'Mindfulness of Breathing' meditation, which I've started to do recently. I'm not sure whether it is in print any longer; Amazon doesn't stock it anyway. ( )
