Following four friends 2 guys and 2 girls from the 40's to the 80's. The two guys become priests, one follows the celibacy rules, the other has a different opinion on these rules. The women also have their issues with their priest friends. The book deals with some of the issues of the Catholic Church. ( )

I don't remember much about this book. Another one of those sensationalist stories, written to shock and offend. A cardinal who violates his vows and commits just about every sin under the sun. I had to go through a few of these types before I figured it out. ( )

By far his best work. This is his only book that really had something to say. It's all downhill from here. ( )
