This book shows a funny side of dragon slaying. Wiglaf is not your typical dragon slayer (far from it) so reading about his actions will seem very funny to the readers. Also, at the end of the book, there is a map of the area and an introductory pamphlet style pages about the Dragon Slayers’ Academy for those who would like to attend the school.

These is the 2nd book of the series but the readers will be able to understand the concept and the storyline without reading the first book. It is an easy chapter book that will keep the readers guessing the ending. ( )

This is the continuation of The New Kid at School. After killing Gorzil, Wiglaf's life hasn't changed much. Even though he is the only kid to have actually killed a dragon, school life is pretty much the same. He's still in trouble for not stealing Grozil's hoard of treasure. And just when things couldn't get worse, he is informed that Seetha, the Beast from the East, the most terrifying dragon ever, is out to get him; after all, he did kill her favorite son Gorzil. So now Wiglaf must set out to find away to survive his battle with Seetha and the horrible concoctions made of eels that the students are forced to eat.

Like the first story, Revenge of the Dragon Lady paints a hilarious story of Wiglaf's adventures of being a dragon slayer. Wiglaf meets new characters and learns more of dragons. Like the first story, where McMullan gave hints as to Eric's real identity, there are many hints as to the weakness that Seetha has. It is an easy read and keeps you entertained until the very end. I think that this is a good book for people that need to get a book because they are quick and easy. This book is the second in the series. It is about Wiglaf and the dragon that he killed's mother. The dragon that Wiglaf killed was the Beast From the East's favorite son. She is coming to the school that he is going to in five days. Throughout the book the onl place they are is the school. Many people get involved either if they want to help Wiglaf or just leave him where he is. ( )
