This informational picture book is filled with stories from the journey that Alice Paul and Lucy Burns took with their big ideas that brought voting rights to women. This book contains a wide range of illustrations that were drawn today while mixing pictures and other text from way back when. This book would be great for any history lesson that is including women's rights and the idea of voting. sem resenhas | adicionar uma resenha

This book is all about women's rights and women advocating for their right to vote. The book shares about the history of women's suffrage as lead by Alice Paul and Lucy Burns. The book shares real pictures that are cited from when they were published. There are also real news paper clippings. The information is shared in really engaging ways that help students want to keep reading. With a great mix between illustration and real pictures, the book is easy to follow.
This would be a great book to share if teaching about women's rights or women's suffrage. ( )
