Many people enter the Kingdom of God with little or no prior knowledge of the Bible or the books of the Bible. Church jargon can be very confusing and difficult to understand for many who are newcomers. This study will assist those who are especially new in the Kingdom with becoming familiar with the Bible by empowering those students with a simple but strong and powerful overview of the books of the Bible. The writer designed this study to stimulate the students' spiritual intellect without overwhelming them, but at the same time offering them the challenge of learning God's Word using a most unique and simplistic method. Queen Kirkwood-Hatchett was born in Clarksdale, Mississippi and raised in Caruthersville, Missouri. At age 16, her family relocated to Mt. Vernon, Illinois where she graduated from Rend Lake College with an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Criminal Justice, and from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Administration of Justice. She is also a graduate of the Mega School of Theology. After graduating from SIU-C, she moved to Cleveland, Ohio, but not before publishing her first book, "From the Heart." Her most famous poem, Crack, the Drug from Hell, from her first publication, opened many doors for her. She has ministered to the hurting and lost in congregations throughout northern and southern Illinois. She was inspired to write "A General Study of the Books of the Bible" after many years of studying God's Word, coupled with a strong passion for the Word of God. She served in the ministry at her local church in Illinois as Sunday school teacher, choir member, and director of a 60-children choir. She has received a host of plaques, awards, and certificates for her dedication to the community and church, her writings, and volunteer services in both Illinois and Ohio. Queen Kirkwood-Hatchett is the mother of three children, and grandmother of two. She discovered her gift to write while living in Chicago and before giving her life to Christ. She was motivated to put together such a book from teaching Sunday school in Illinois. After reading, studying, and teaching from other authors' materials, she realized that she was gifted to do the same, as God had given her the unique ability to create, write, and organize material for study.… (mais)
