Deku and Kacchan are at odds once again challenging each other, using the skills and strength that they've acquired during their time at U.A.

After the student's successes in obtaining their hero licenses, they learn that it's not enough to have amazing power. One of U.A.'s top students gives them a lesson in the importance of learning both the strengths and weaknesses of their quirks to be able to become top heroes. They are also encouraged to find Work Studies with heroes in their agencies to gain real hero work experience now that they have their hero licenses.

New villains are introduced and the League of Villains regroups to strike again. Midoriya meets both a hero and a villain.

This book has my all time favorite fight sequence but at the same time, it has one of the slowest transitions into the next arc. Character growth spiked like crazy yet at the same time, more characters were introduced so I feel like the main characters are going to be put aside for a while.

The comedy throughout was top notch and the fantasy drawings based on the popularity poll results were amazing. Shout out to Yaoyorozu and Kaminari's designs, they were the bomb. ( )
